Key ResponsibilitiesCosting & Analysis
- Prepare and update product cost sheets for all SKUs.
- Calculate standard and actual production costs.
- Analyze raw material, packaging material, labor, and overhead costs.
- Monitor cost variances and identify reasons for deviations.
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, brand, and customer segment.
Inventory & Production Cost Control
- Reconcile production consumption with inventory records.
- Verify bill of materials (BOM) and recipe/formulation costs.
- Assist in inventory valuation and stock audits.
- Monitor wastage, yield losses, and production efficiency.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate costing data.
Financial Reporting
- Generate monthly costing reports and management MIS.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
