Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Engagement: Handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
- Information Services: Providing accurate details about medical services, procedures, and health packages.
- Documentation: Recording patient interactions, maintaining accurate databases, and managing call logs in CRM systems.
- Follow-ups: Contacting patients for feedback or scheduling follow-up visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Languages Preferred: English & Tamil fluency
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Experience: Proven experience as a tele caller, customer support, or in a similar role in Clinical side ( Front office, Billing, Discharge Summary.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving abilities.
