Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Lead social media growth, content planning, and audience engagement initiatives.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and monitor performance metrics.
- Generate qualified leads through digital channels and marketing funnels.
- Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and recommend performance improvements.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and production teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital opportunities.
- Improve website traffic, online visibility, and overall brand positioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and content strategy.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Employment Terms
- Probation Period: 1 Month
- Mandatory Lock-in Period: 3 Months upon successful completion of probation.
