Job Summary

Emagen TV is looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator with a strong background in Pro AV product sales and IT hardware (USB devices, RAM, ROM, storage solutions). The ideal candidate will support the sales team, manage channel partner networks, and ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day sales operations
Handle sales inquiries, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups
Manage and strengthen channel partner and distributor networks
Support sales of Pro AV solutions, USB products, RAM, ROM, and storage devices
Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and maintain sales databases
Liaise with logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Assist in planning promotions, schemes, and partner incentive programs
Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
Ensure proper documentation, contracts, and compliance with company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
Proven experience in Pro AV selling and IT hardware products (USB, RAM, ROM, storage)
Strong understanding of channel partner and distributor network management
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and sales reporting
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer electronics, display solutions, or AV systems
Exposure to B2B sales environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
