Kinder Hospitals is looking for an experienced and dynamic Deputy Manager – Operations to join our team at the Kollam unit. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational knowledge, leadership qualities, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day hospital operations.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations Management
- Candidates with hospital/healthcare operational experience will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities of the hospital
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments
- Monitor operational efficiency and implement improvements
- Manage staff coordination and workflow
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards
- Support management in operational planning and execution
- Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain excellent patient service and operational standards

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Qualification
- Graduation/Post Graduation in Management, Hospital Administration, Operations, or related field preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
