We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Secretary with extensive social media knowledge to provide administrative support to senior executives while managing and enhancing the organization's digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and experience with social media platforms, content management, and online engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and correspondence.
- Screen calls, emails, and other communications.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Social Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging posts, captions, and promotional content.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics.
- Assist with online branding and digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software and digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
