Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities (markets, clients, partnerships)
* Lead generation and conversation of leads into sales.
* Develop growth strategies and plans aligned with company objectives
* Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches
* Negotiate contracts and close deals
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
* Track and report on business development performance metrics
