The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong sales capabilities and professionalism in handling HNI clients.
Required Skills

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales activities for gated community apartment projects.
- Conduct project presentations, customer meetings, and site visits
- Manage HNI and premium clients professionally
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills
- Maintain customer follow-ups and data through CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for booking documentation and customer support.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent customer experience.
Qualification :
- MBA/Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Real Estate Sales background is mandatory
Experience : 4 to 5 Years in Real Estate Sales
