About the Role
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive - Production who can manage client relationships while working closely with our in-house production team to execute projects smoothly. The ideal candidate should be quick at understanding client communication, converting briefs into clear action points, coordinating with the production team, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout production projects.
- Understand client briefs, requirements, timelines, and expectations and communicate them clearly to the production team.
- Coordinate closely with the in-house production, creative, and operations teams for project execution.
- Manage projects from briefing to final delivery while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Keep clients updated on project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
- Handle client feedback, changes, and last-minute requirements efficiently.
- Coordinate quotations, budgets, commercials, and other production-related discussions with clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional production, content, or related services to existing clients.
- Coordinate with external vendors, production partners, and freelancers whenever required.
- Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and delivered by the production team.
- Proactively identify challenges and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in client servicing, production, advertising, media, content, or influencer marketing.
- Must have experience working closely with production teams or in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Should be quick at understanding client requirements and converting communication into clear action points.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.
- Commercially aware with the ability to identify upselling opportunities.
- Proactive, organised, and solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
