We're looking for a sharp, composed Relationship Manager to own our B2B partnerships, manage high-value client relationships, and represent Yenmo in conversations that matter — whether that's a routine check-in or a tense negotiation.
Key Responsibilities
- B2B Sales & Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and onboard corporate and institutional partners (distributors, channel partners, financial advisors, etc.), and manage the full deal cycle from first contact to closure.
- Relationship Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust over time and ensuring long-term retention rather than one-off conversions.
- Negotiation Under Pressure: Handle objections, pricing pushback, and difficult conversations with calm, measured confidence — never losing composure even when a partner is frustrated or a deal is stalling.
- Bilingual Client Communication: Communicate fluently and persuasively in both English and Hindi, adapting tone and style to the stakeholder across formal and informal settings.
- Market Intelligence: Track partner needs, competitor moves, and market shifts, feeding insights back into business strategy.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of partner accounts.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi — both are non-negotiable, not just "preferred."
- Demonstrated ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, in high-stakes or tense conversations.
- Quick-thinking and articulate — able to read a room, adjust on the fly, and respond smartly rather than from a script.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with a long-term, partnership mindset over transactional selling.
- Prior experience in B2B sales, fintech, or financial services is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes independently.
