Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data or self-generated leads
- Identify customer needs and present suitable products/services
- Generate and qualify leads, then convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong client relationships
- Update CRM systems with accurate call and client information
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling
- Comfortable with cold calling and high call volumes
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (as per company requirement)
