JOB DESCRIPTION: VP-SALES

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced VP-Sales to join our Real Estate Development Company in various stages of development. As VP-Sales, you must possess complete knowledge of real estate sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving sales initiatives, and achieving sales targets for our projects in and around the city. You will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and ensuring the successful completion of our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
(a) Develop and implement effective sales strategies, plans, and objectives to achieve sales targets for the company's real estate projects.
(b) Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitive activities.
(c) Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to create compelling sales campaigns and promotional materials.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
(a) Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team responsible for selling our real estate projects.
(b) Set clear sales targets, provide guidance, and monitor the performance of the sales team members.
(c) Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and individual growth.
3. Sales Operations:
(a) Oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
(b) Maintain a deep understanding of our real estate projects, ensuring the sales team is knowledgeable about the features, benefits, and pricing.
(c) Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as brokers, channel partners, and prospective buyers.
4. Sales Performance and Reporting:
(a) Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate timely reports for senior management.
(b) Identify areas for improvement, propose solutions, and implement sales process enhancements as necessary.
(d) Regularly communicate sales updates, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
5. Customer Relationship Management:
(a) Build strong relationships with potential buyers and existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
(b) Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
(c) Leverage customer feedback to enhance the quality of our real estate offerings and improve the overall customer experience.
6. Requirements:
(a) :
(i) Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
(ii) Proven experience (minimum 7-10 years) in real estate sales in Pune market, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
(iii) Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
(b) :
(i) In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
(ii) Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to real estate sales and marketing.
(c) Skills and Abilities:
(i) Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team effectively.
(ii) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
(iii) Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully.
(iv) Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
(v) Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
(d) :
(i) Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
(ii) Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing market dynamics and take on sales challenges.
