Job description:
Role Overview
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing company data systems, developing analytical dashboards, and supporting automation initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in Excel, BI tools, coding, automations, and reporting accuracy.
Key Responsibilities1. Data & Reporting
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management and CRM teams.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Power BI and Looker Studio.
- Identify and correct discrepancies in source data.
2. Excel & Google Sheets Management
- Maintain detailed spreadsheets and dashboards.
- Use Advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros.
- Fix formula errors, linkage problems, and inconsistencies in Google Sheets.
3. Reconciliations
- Perform periodic reconciliations across CRM, Sales, Accounting, and internal systems.
- Resolve mismatches in coordination with concerned teams.
4. Coding & Automation
- Develop automation scripts using Java, SQL, VBA, and Google Apps Script.
- Integrate Google Suite tools for workflow and data automation.
- Implement Mail Merge & Email Automation for daily reports.
- Assist in WhatsApp automation and bot workflows (optional).
5. AI Integration
- Use AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve data accuracy.
- Implement AI for data extraction, reporting, and documentation automation.
6. Data Management
- Maintain centralized databases with version control.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
7. Process Improvement
- Suggest improvements in reporting formats and dashboard structures.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes.
8. Coordination
- Work closely with CRM, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to understand reporting needs.
- Provide MIS support and solutions across departments.
Skills & QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years in MIS, data automation, or business intelligence.
- Proven experience in Power BI, Looker Studio, and advanced Excel.
- Experience in automation of reports, emails, and workflows.
Technical Skills
- Power BI & Looker Studio (dashboard creation)

- SQL (data management & querying)
