Atarashii from the House of Powerlink Builders Pvt Ltd is a fast growing residential/commercial construction firm dedicated to building high-quality spaces. We are currently looking for a dynamic and strategic General Manager of Sales to lead our sales division, drive revenue growth, and expand our market footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute robust sales strategies and annual business plans to achieve company revenue and profit targets.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to maximize their potential and conversion rates.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and expand the company’s customer and dealer networks.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, investors, architects, and stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Establish sales KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports for the executive board.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the project, design, and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met while aligning with the company's delivery standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in sales leadership, specifically within the construction, real estate, or building materials industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field. MBA is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets.
- Language: Proficiency in English, Malayalam, Hindi is highly advantageous.
