Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing growth-focused digital strategies while managing end-to-end marketing projects across multiple business verticals. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, project management expertise, and a proven track record of delivering business results through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Business Growth
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing roadmaps with measurable KPIs.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer acquisition channels, and growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define revenue targets and marketing contribution goals.
- Drive continuous improvement through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Project Management & Execution
- Lead multiple digital marketing projects simultaneously from planning through execution and delivery.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and success metrics.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, Development, Sales, and Product teams.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Implement project management frameworks, workflows, and performance tracking systems.
Performance Marketing Leadership
- Own and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies and conversion optimization plans.
- Optimize campaign performance based on CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV, Conversion Rate, and Revenue metrics.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation, automation, and remarketing initiatives.
SEO & Organic Growth Management
- Lead enterprise-level SEO initiatives including Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content Strategy, and Link Building.
- Develop content growth frameworks that support long-term organic visibility.
- Conduct SEO audits and oversee implementation of technical recommendations.
- Monitor search performance and ensure continuous improvement in rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Team Leadership & Resource Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals.
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular reviews.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and strategic partners when required.
- Ensure optimal utilization of team resources and project allocation.
Analytics, Reporting & Decision Making
- Establish robust tracking and measurement systems using GA4, GTM, Search Console, Looker Studio, and CRM platforms.
- Build executive dashboards and performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze customer journeys, attribution models, and conversion funnels.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on data analysis.
- Forecast marketing performance and support business planning initiatives.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Collaborate closely with company leadership and department heads.
- Present campaign strategies, project updates, and business performance reports.
- Ensure alignment between marketing activities and organizational objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor for digital growth opportunities and marketing investments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong experience in Performance Marketing, SEO, Marketing Automation, and Analytics.
- Proven project management experience handling multiple digital initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience managing teams, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen and strategic decision-making capabilities.

- Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent)
