Job Summary :- The Plumbing & Fire Fighting is responsible for planning supervising
and executing plumbing and fire protection works at project sites. The role ensures that
all installations are completed according to approved drawings, Project specifications,
safety standards, and applicable codes while maintaining quality , cost , and schedule.
Key Responsibilities :-
. Supervise plumbing and fire fighting installation works at site .
. Study and execute work as per approved drawings and specifications.
. coordinate with clients, consultants, architects,and other MEP teams.
. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule.
. Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are maintained.
. Coordinate testing ,commissioning ,and handover of plumbing and fire fighting system.
. Maintain project documentation, drawings, and records.
Qualification:-
. Diploma / B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering ,civil Engineering ,or a related discipline.
. 3-8 year of experience in Plumbing and fire fighting projecta ( or as required).
Required Skills :-
. Knowledge of Plumbing and fire fighting system.
. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
. Familiarity with IS, NBC, NFPA, and other relevant standards.
. Strong communication, Planning ,and Problem -solving skills.
. Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs ) :-
. Timely completion of site activities.
. Quality of installation work.
. Compliance with safety and Project standards.
. Material and cost control.
. Successful testing ,commissioning, and project handover.
Pay: ₹35,839.66 - ₹40,917.78 per month
