Job Summary: As a Tele caller you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers or clients, introducing our products/services, and assisting them with their inquiries. Your role will involve generating leads, setting up appointments, and maintaining a positive relationship with prospects to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers from provided leads or contact lists.
- Product/Service Promotion: Clearly and persuasively explain our products or services to prospects.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads and gather relevant information.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives or follow-up calls.
- Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and follow-up actions taken.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospects to help improve our products/services and sales strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activities, lead status, and sales results to the team or management.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a similar role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers.
- Listening Skills: Strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Attitude: Positive attitude with a high level of motivation and enthusiasm.
