Role Overview: The Unit Operations Supervisor will be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems including VFDs, Soft starters, LT power and control systems, transformers, and protection systems. The role involves ensuring compliance with electrical safety and LOTO procedures, coordinating with stakeholders, managing motor starters and fault finding, and utilizing computer applications such as Microsoft Office and SAP for reporting and operations.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and LOTO procedures.
Develop coordination strategies with other stakeholders to optimize electrical maintenance operations.
Plan and implement electrical maintenance activities aligned with operational goals.
Operational:
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of VFDs, Soft starters, LT power and control systems, transformers, motor starters, and protection systems.
Conduct fault finding in motors, cables, and electrical panels.
Utilize Microsoft Office and SAP applications for maintenance documentation and reporting.
People Development:
Guide and support technicians in electrical maintenance best practices.
Promote adherence to safety protocols and electrical standards within the team.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders.
