Director of Operations

1. Position Purpose
The Director of Operations will be the primary architect of our organizational efficiency. This role is designed for a strategic "executor" who can translate our educational mission into a high-performing operational machine. You will oversee the integration of all departments—from Academic Operations to Sales and HR—ensuring that our systems are scalable, compliant, and cost-effective.
2. Core Responsibilities
- Operational Systems & Scalability: Design, implement, and manage standardized SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all regional and state-level offices.
- Performance & KPI Management: Define and track "Success Metrics" for every department. You will be responsible for the quarterly operational audit and performance scorecards.
- Inter-Departmental Synergy: Act as the central bridge between the Academic Head, Sales Manager, and HR to ensure that recruitment, training, and revenue goals are perfectly aligned.
- Infrastructure & Compliance: Oversee office administration, vendor management, and legal compliance (NDAs, attendance policies, and asset management) across the Gurugram headquarters and field sites.
- Budgetary Oversight: Monitor operational expenditures to ensure maximum ROI. Implement lean methodologies to reduce overhead without compromising the quality of our educational delivery.
- Leadership: Directly mentor department heads and foster a culture of high accountability, professional communication, and "pro" standards.
3. Required Qualifications & CompetenciesCompetencyRequirementExperience10+ years in operations management, ideally within the EdTech, Education, or Social Sector.EducationMBA or Post-Graduate degree in Management, Operations, or a related field.Strategic SkillsProven track record of managing large-scale, multi-state operations (300+ touchpoints).Technical StackProficiency in ERP systems, advanced Project Management tools, and HRMS platforms.Soft SkillsAuthoritative yet humble leadership style; exceptional drafting and corporate communication skills.4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Process Efficiency: Reduction in operational bottlenecks and "time-to-completion" for cross-departmental projects.
- Standardization: 100% implementation of updated Terms & Conditions and internal policies across the organization.
- Cost Management: Maintaining operational spending within 5% of the quarterly projected budget.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
