Job Summary:
The Stitching Incharge is responsible for overseeing the stitching operations in the production of home textiles. This role ensures the efficient and timely stitching of products, maintaining high-quality standards, managing a team of stitchers, and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the stitching team to ensure productivity and quality.
- Ensure all stitching operations follow quality control standards.
- Monitor stitching machines and equipment for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve stitching-related issues in production.
- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and proper use of machinery.
- Maintain daily production records and monitor team performance.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines.
- Have good experience in stitching home textile products
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
