Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end ChaRM implementation and processes
- Experience with Logical Components, Solutions, Phase Cycles and Continuous Cycles
- Hands-on experience in scheduling import jobs in managed systems
- Strong knowledge of Managed System Configuration, LMDB and SLD
- Expertise in ChaRM status customization, including Action Profiles, Condition Profiles and Formulas
- End-to-end experience in SOLDOC implementation
- Experience integrating ChaRM with CTS+, QGM and other SAP Change Management tools
- Strong knowledge of Transport Requests (TRs), TOCs and Transport Routes
- Experience in ChaRM authorization management, roles and profiles
- Knowledge of ChaRM reports, dashboards and KPIs
- Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills, including log analysis and debugging
- Experience with pre/post ChaRM upgrade activities and patch management
- Ability to create SOPs, process documentation and conduct user training
- Experience in Change Request Management (CRM), Change Control Management (CCM), Document Management, Service Desk, Business Process Monitoring, Project Definition/Blueprint and Template Management
- Ability to establish and govern Solution Manager processes and deployment procedures
Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
