Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Sales Executive to promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and sales skills, along with a passion for travel and tourism. Candidates with a Travel & Tourism certification from IITTM, IGNOU, IATA, or any recognized travel institute are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers with visa, travel insurance, and other travel-related requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with travel destinations, seasonal offers, and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Certification in Travel & Tourism from IITTM, IGNOU, IATA, or any recognized travel institute preferred.
- Freshers as well as experience may apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
