Part-Time Subject Tuition Trainer – Roles and Responsibilities
A Part-Time Subject Tuition Trainer is responsible for teaching students in a specific subject by explaining concepts clearly, preparing lesson plans, and conducting engaging classes. The trainer assesses students' learning needs, provides individualized guidance, assigns and reviews homework, and monitors academic progress through regular tests and feedback. They help students improve problem-solving, critical thinking, and exam preparation skills while maintaining a positive learning environment. The trainer communicates with parents or guardians regarding student performance when required, ensures punctuality and professionalism, and continuously updates subject knowledge and teaching methods to deliver effective, high-quality education.
Pay: Up to ₹6,000.00 per month
