- Handle end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, consultants, ITIs, engineering colleges, and social media.
- Recruit for production, maintenance, quality, purchase, stores, HR, finance, sales, projects, R&D, and commercial functions.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with HODs.
- Negotiate compensation and issue offer letters.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
Manpower Planning
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements.
- Monitor recruitment against approved manpower budgets.
- Track replacement and new positions.
Recruitment MIS
- Maintain recruitment trackers and dashboards.
- Monitor:

- Offer Acceptance Ratio
- Joining Ratio
- Cost per Hire
- Source Effectiveness
Employer Branding
- Manage job postings on recruitment portals.
- Participate in campus drives and job fairs.
- Build relationships with ITIs, polytechnics, and engineering institutes.
Onboarding
- Coordinate documentation and pre-employment verification.
- Ensure smooth induction and orientation.
- Coordinate joining formalities with HR Operations.
HR Support
- Assist in employee engagement activities.
- Support training coordination.
- Maintain recruitment records and employee files.
Required Skills
