We are looking for a Software Support Lead with strong knowledge in SQL, .NET application support, Linux server handling, software deployment, testing, ticket management, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephone, remote, email, and ticket-based support to customers.
- Analyze and resolve software issues using SQL queries and application logs.
- Handle support for CRM, POS, ERP, and other business applications.
- Coordinate with the technical team for bug fixing, enhancements, and issue closure.
- Maintain issue tracker / ticketing system with proper updates.
- Perform software deployment, configuration, and basic server-level troubleshooting.
- Handle Linux server monitoring, service checks, and basic commands.
- Test bug fixes, patches, and new features before customer release.
- Support CRM, POS, and ERP implementation activities.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams until issues are resolved.
Required Skills
- Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of .NET applications and APIs.
- Linux server handling knowledge.
- Software deployment and troubleshooting experience.
- Good testing and bug reporting skills.
- Experience in using issue tracker or ticketing system.
- Good communication skills for phone, remote, and email support.
- Ability to coordinate with support and development teams.

- Expereince required above 5 years
- Strong SQL knowledge is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
