Farmours Ventures is a fast-growing FMCG company committed to delivering high-quality food and consumer products. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our market presence and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and expand the distributor, retailer, and dealer network.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate sales in assigned territories.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.
* Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
* Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
* Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records.
* Collect market feedback and recommend strategies for business growth.
* Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of FMCG sales or business development experience preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
* Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
