Job Description:
- Business Development, Partnerships, Business Growth & Revenue Opportunities and wider distribution and generation of sales for current service offerings primarily the webinars and seminars
- Making cold calls to the potential business partners from North America region for collaborative offering by NetZealous Brands (GlobalCompliancePanel, TrainHR, MentorHealth,)
- Managing and accessing new business opportunities and partnerships to improve business growth and industry reach.
- Develop strategies to meet the revenue and partnership objectives of the Company
- Develop and deliver business and sales presentations
- Negotiate and implement business proposals, contracts with partners
- Manage tactical plans and programs for the achievement of the specified goals.
- Handle, develop and manage partners as assigned.
- Conducting ongoing research within an assigned area to further your industry knowledge and develop potential new business development ideas
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key partners, industry leaders and domain specific experts within relevant vertical markets
- Providing the sponsorship department with strategic information on potential sponsorship opportunities.
- Providing ongoing support to sponsorship as required. Working with and supporting a cross-functional team on an ongoing basis to ensure successful marketing and sponsorship of webinars/seminars.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Education & Professional Qualification: Graduation; 10+2+3/4 years of formal education Bachelors Degree in business or Equivalent
- Work experience in Business Development, Sales or related positions
- Demonstrate results in meeting Business Development goals & specific business targets
- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Experience using a CRM software to track and analyze business specific metrics
- Knowledge of the business development & sales process with the ability to understand and interpret specific needs using fact-finding to identify business opportunities
- Time and priority management skills necessary to complete work within established timeframes
- Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Deadline and results oriented, Enthusiastic with a strong desire to succeed
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, Creativity, resourcefulness and an innovative approach
