- Responsible for Man power & Machine planning, Utilisation and Assembly line TAKT Efficiency
- Schedule Assembly sequence to meet OTS Targets
Co-ordinate for On the job training for New and Existing operators
- Responsible for maintaining the 5S in Shop floor
- Analysis and Improvement in PDI Reworks
- Responsible for ensuring proper handling material in the shop floor
- Maintain Inventory accuracy in Assembly shop

Hands on experience in implementing SOP, Poka-yoke, Kaizen and Abnormality management.

Knowledge of vehicle systems (Technical know-how of the products)
