Position Overview:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. The role involves driving measurable business results while working directly with clients and collaborating closely with internal teams to execute high-performing digital campaigns.
Job Description:
As a Performance Marketing Executive with us, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Develop paid media strategies aligned with client business objectives and marketing goals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum return on ad spend.
- Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, providing regular updates, presenting performance reports, and offering strategic recommendations.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into effective campaign strategies.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, project managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Preferred Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in Ads Management or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEM, PPC, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Experience in lead generation, brand promotion, and campaign performance reporting.
- Proven experience interacting directly with clients, understanding business requirements, presenting campaign performance, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
- Google Ads Certification and agency experience are an added advantage.
