Customer Service Executive – Blended Process
Location: Hyderabad – Aurobindo Galaxy
Experience: 0–2 Years | Qualification: Graduation
Role:
Handle customer queries through inbound calls and email support.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently.
Need-based selling/cross-selling of banking products – NO SALES TARGETS.
Maintain quality, productivity and SLA standards.
Basic FASTag knowledge preferred.
Requirements:
Fluent in Hindi & English.
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic MS Office & typing skills.
Comfortable with rotational shifts.
Working: 6 Days | 1 Day Off
Pay: ₹9,887.15 - ₹32,000.00 per month
