Key Responsibilities Areas (KRA):
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their financial goals and provide appropriate investment guidance.
Assist clients with opening and managing Demat accounts, handling transactions, and ensuring smooth execution of trades.
Stay updated on stock market developments and effectively communicate relevant insights to clients.
Resolve client queries and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service, with a focus on the stock market. Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products (added advantage).
Candidates with good communication skills and Hindi language (to speak) is highly preferable.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Problem-solving attitude with a focus on client satisfaction.
Good understanding of KYC and account management processes.
