We’re looking for a strategic, user-obsessed Product Manager to lead the Core App Experience – the backbone of our user journey. This role will focus on optimizing the app’s most frequented surfaces: home screen, navigation flows, personalization, onboarding, and performance – driving engagement, retention, and seamless user journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for the core app experience across platforms.
● Improve app usability, performance, and engagement by leading data-driven experiments (A/B tests, cohort analysis).
● Partner with design, engineering, marketing, analytics, and customer support to deliver best-in-class user experiences.
● Identify friction points in the user journey and solve them through UX and feature improvements.
● Develop deep insights through user research, feedback loops, and usage analytics to prioritize enhancements.
● Monitor key product metrics (DAU/MAU, retention, conversion, load times, NPS) and take corrective actions when needed.
● Work cross-functionally to ensure features are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.
● Stay ahead of platform and OS-level guidelines to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
● Contribute to company-wide initiatives related to app reliability, onboarding, personalization, and UI consistency.
Qualifications:
● 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably in B2C or app-first companies.
● Demonstrated success in improving app UX and engagement in a measurable way.
● Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android) and responsive web experiences.
● Data-informed with strong analytical skills – familiarity with tools like CleverTap, SQL, Google Analytics, Firebase
● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
● Prior experience working in agile/scrum development teams.
● Bonus: Experience in personalization, onboarding flows, or app/web performance optimization.
