Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) ONLY MARRIED FEMALES
Location: South Mumbai (Candidates residing within a 10 km radius will be preferred|
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Executive Assistant who can become the trusted right hand of the Managing Director. This is not a conventional secretarial role. We are looking for someone who thrives on ownership, loves getting things done, ensures nothing falls through the cracks, and can effectively
coordinate across multiple departments to drive execution. The ideal candidate should be dependable, resourceful, highly organized, and possess exceptional follow-up skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Support: - Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily schedule. - Coordinate domestic
and international travel arrangements. - Draft professional emails, letters, presentations, and business correspondence. -
Prepare meeting agendas, Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), and action trackers.
Follow-up & Coordination (Most Critical Responsibility): - Track every task delegated by the Managing Director. -
Follow up with department heads and employees until completion. - Maintain commitment dates and ensure deadlines
are met. - Escalate delays proactively. - Ensure accountability across the organization.
Business Coordination: - Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Finance, Operations, Logistics, HR, and other departments.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS for the Managing Director. - Conduct online research and compile business
information whenever required. - Support strategic projects and special assignments.
Administrative Support: - Maintain confidential documents and records. - Handle vendor and client coordination. -
Organize meetings, events, and business travel.
Personal Assistance: The role also includes coordinating certain personal tasks for the Managing Director such as
travel bookings, appointments, reservations, family scheduling, and other administrative activities.
EXPERIENCE
3 - 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Secretary, Office Coordinator, or similar role supporting
senior leadership. - Experience working directly with an Entrepreneur, CEO, or Managing Director will be preferred.
