Key Responsibilities
Pre-Contract Activities
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Assist in cost estimation and tender submissions.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support contract negotiations and bid clarifications.
Post-Contract Activities
- Monitor project costs and maintain cost reports.
- Prepare and verify interim payment applications and invoices.
- Measure completed work and certify subcontractor payments.
- Evaluate variations, change orders, and claims.
- Maintain records of quantities, costs, and project progress.
- Assist in contract administration and compliance with contractual obligations.
Cost Control & Reporting
- Track project budgets and identify cost overruns.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Perform cost analysis and value engineering exercises.
- Ensure accurate documentation for audits and project close-out.
Coordination
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients.
- Attend project meetings and provide commercial updates.
- Liaise with procurement teams regarding material and subcontract requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
- Professional certification in Quantity Surveying is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
