- Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
- Ensure achievement of production targets.
- Optimize machine utilization and manpower allocation.
- Reduce production bottlenecks and downtime.
- Monitor slab yield and recovery percentages.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders.
- Ensure polishing, calibration, cutting, and finishing meet specifications
- Monitor raw block inventory.
- Control consumables such as abrasives, resin, epoxy, blades, and polishing heads.
- Minimize wastage.
- Conduct regular stock verification using the company ERP.
Pay: Up to ₹85,000.00 per month
Experience:
- managing Granite/Marble factory: 2 years (Required)
