We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with design specifications, and maintain quality standards on-site. The role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, IS codes, and project specifications.
- Monitor site progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and communicate updates to project managers and clients.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Verify material quality and quantity, manage site inventory, and approve usage as per project requirements.
- Conduct inspections and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Assist in preparing bills, measurements, and documentation for project stages.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (5–10 years preferred) in site supervision and construction management.
- Strong knowledge of structural engineering practices, IS codes, and Vastu alignment (preferred).
- Proficiency in project documentation, MS Office, and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
