Sports Palace is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in sports retail is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable sports equipment, footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is well organized.
- Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
- Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Keep the store clean and presentable at all times.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and new arrivals.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
