Responsibilities
- Help users create and complete matrimonial profiles
- Explain membership plans and platform features
- Follow up with registered and interested users
- Assist members in searching for suitable profiles
- Handle WhatsApp, phone and online enquiries
- Maintain daily follow-up and conversion reports
- Report suspicious or incomplete profiles
- Collect customer feedback and success stories
- Promote the matrimonial platform professionally
Requirements
- Good Hindi communication
- Basic English knowledge
- Smartphone or laptop
- Stable internet connection
- Polite and professional behaviour
- Basic WhatsApp and computer knowledge
- Comfortable working with a matrimonial platform
