As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly assessing the current operational state. The role requires capturing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and defining comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-enabled solutions and designs effective operating models. Supporting transformation initiatives is a key part of the role, which includes developing detailed business cases and providing guidance during the implementation of critical projects to ensure successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration, GitHub, Co-Pilot and AI experience as Mandatory .
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
- Ability to develop and articulate business cases that support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
