Job Summary
The Sales Intern will be the frontline catalyst driving outbound momentum and pipeline growth for Zorio. This high-visibility role focuses on standardizing and scaling our inside sales reach outs. As an intern, you will build structured prospect databases, initiate high-energy outbound communication channels, introduce Zorio’s transformational value proposition to key stakeholders, secure high-impact live demo sessions, and execute precise follow-up cadences to guide deals toward successful commercial closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Target Market Research: Identify, source, and build highly structured lead databases of prospective corporate accounts, including manufacturers, B2B wholesalers, lifestyle brands, and e-commerce marketing agencies.
- Outbound Campaign Execution: Run high-volume daily cold-reachout cadences via professional voice calls, tailored emails, and structured LinkedIn engagements.
- Value Proposition Delivery: Clearly articulate Zorio’s core features (AI image processing, automated cataloguing, multi-channel distribution) to overcome gatekeeper objections and business pushbacks.
- Demo Optimization: Qualify prospective leads effectively and book them into live platform demonstration slots with the technical and executive team.
- Pipeline Discipline & CRM Management: Maintain flawless visibility on lead status; log all communication touchpoints, call notes, and follow-up schedules inside internal tracking sheets daily.
- Feedback Loops: Actively capture qualitative customer objections and industry trends from call lines to continuously refine the company's competitive battle cards and pitch scripts.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Academic Track: Final-year student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or an allied professional stream.
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a confident manner capable of navigating enterprise and founder-level business conversations.
- Operational Grit: High emotional resilience, "thick skin," and genuine comfort with a structured, high-volume outbound calling environment.
- Organizational Execution: Excellent time management and calendar discipline, ensuring zero dropped leads or missed follow-up appointments.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with digital commerce workflows, cloud tools, or SaaS platforms is a significant advantage.
