Job Title: Architect / Project Coordinator Location: Marine Lines, Mumbai Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹65,000 per month Experience: 3–5 Years Education: BE Civil Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Architect / Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate residential building projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong project coordination skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong command of AutoCAD. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. • Coordinate project management activities and construction drawings. • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones. • Manage project documentation including contracts, reports, correspondence, and records. • Coordinate with consultants including Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and other stakeholders. • Ensure smooth coordination between various consultants for residential building drawings. • Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track action items. • Resolve project-related and client-related issues effectively. • Support and guide junior team members and coordinate team activities. • Maintain updated project records, drawings, specifications, and change orders. • Coordinate vendor selection and finalize rates for finishing materials and related works. • Ensure project execution aligns with quality, timeline, and budget requirements. Requirements: • BE Civil is mandatory. • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination for residential building projects. • Must have completed at least one project from start to finish. • Experience coordinating with Electrical, Plumbing, Structural, and other consultants. • Strong understanding of project management principles and construction coordination. • Strong command of AutoCAD (practical test will be conducted). • Good written and verbal communication skills in English, including professional email correspondence. • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Candidate: • Experience in residential construction projects. • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
