We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to project specifications and quality standards. The Civil Site Supervisor will coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and project managers to ensure efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, laborers, and equipment on site.
- Inspect work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and applicable building codes.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Monitor project progress and report daily site activities to the Project Manager.
- Resolve on-site issues and communicate technical concerns promptly.
- Verify measurements, material usage, and completed work before approvals.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and inventory management.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for site personnel.
- Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, attendance records, and inspection logs.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
