About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Leader to lead business development initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive team performance. The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving targets.
Key Requirements
✔ Minimum 2 Years of Experience in a Team Leader or similar role
✔ Industry background in (FMCG), (Solar,) or (Manufacturing) preferred
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
✔ Ability to achieve business goals and motivate team members
✔ Excellent client handling and relationship-building abilities
✔ Personal vehicle (Bike) is mandatory for field activities
