Job Description
Sales Activity Mastery:
· Take charge of the complete sales lifecycle, starting from meticulous lead filtration to ensure quality prospects.
Project Detail Dissemination:
· Provide comprehensive project details to potential clients, showcasing the unique selling points and advantages.
Lead Management Expertise:
· Supervise and manage leads generated by Telecallers, ensuring seamless coordination and effective follow-ups.
Client Relationship Building:
· Conduct meetings with clients, actively listening to understand their specific property requirements.
Tailored Property Solutions:
· Assist clients in finding the perfect property that aligns with their unique requirements and preferences.
Collaboration with Sales Managers:
· Maintain strong coordination with Sales Managers, ensuring a cohesive and synchronized approach to sales strategies.
Client Follow-ups:
· Implement a proactive follow-up strategy, staying engaged with clients to address queries and provide necessary information.
Cross-Project Discussions:
Facilitate discussions across various projects, offering clients a comprehensive view of available options and fostering informed decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
