Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with Central, State, and Local Government authorities for statutory approvals and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with departments such as Health Department, Fire Department, Municipal Corporation, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Board, Water Supply Board, Labour Department, Drug Control Administration, and other regulatory bodies.
- Obtain, renew, and maintain all mandatory licenses, registrations, permits, and certifications required for hospital operations.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory documents and compliance reports.
- Represent the hospital during inspections conducted by government authorities and regulatory agencies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to collect documents required for approvals and renewals.
- Maintain cordial relationships with government officials and external stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in government regulations and communicate their impact to management.
- Follow up on pending approvals, permissions, and documentation with concerned authorities.
- Assist management in resolving statutory and regulatory issues.
- Maintain accurate records of licenses, approvals, correspondence, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with legal consultants, architects, engineers, and external agencies for obtaining project-related approvals.
- Support hospital expansion, renovation, and infrastructure projects by securing necessary statutory clearances.
- Prepare periodic reports on liaison activities and compliance status.
- Ensure complete confidentiality while handling official documents and government communications.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
