The EMS Executive is responsible for managing the complete student enrollment process, from initial inquiry to admission confirmation. The role involves student counseling, document verification, payment follow-ups, loan coordination, data management, and ensuring a smooth enrollment experience for prospective students.
Key Responsibilities
Student Enrollment & Verification
- Contact prospective students and verify their details.
- Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.
- Explain program details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested candidates until enrollment completion.
Payment Follow-Up
- Monitor pending fee payments and communicate with students regarding payment schedules.
- Send payment reminders and assist students with payment-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely payment updates.
Loan Assistance & Coordination
- Identify students interested in education loan options.
- Guide students through the loan application process.
- Coordinate with loan partners and loan teams for verification and processing.
- Support students throughout the loan approval process until disbursement is completed.
Document Verification
- Verify student documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up on pending documents and ensure timely submission.
- Maintain compliance with admission requirements and institutional guidelines.
Data Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain accurate student records in the Enrollment Management System.
- Organize and manage student data using spreadsheets and internal databases.
- Ensure all student information is properly documented and updated.
- Generate reports and track enrollment progress as required.
Student Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for students during the admission process.
- Address student concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Ensure a positive and professional student experience throughout the enrollment journey.
Required Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Attention to detail and document verification skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in admissions, enrollment management, customer support, education counseling, or loan coordination is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM and enrollment management systems is an added advantage.
