Job Description
Ajanta Soya Limited is hiring a Customer Insights & Relationship Executive (CRE) to understand customer behavior, gather market insights, and build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers.
This role focuses on collecting valuable market feedback and customer insights to support business and marketing decisions. This is not a direct sales role, and there are no sales targets or order booking responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to interact with distributors, retailers, and customers
Understand customer needs, preferences, challenges, and buying behavior
Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders
Identify trends, customer expectations, and market opportunities
Prepare and submit daily field reports and observations
Coordinate with internal teams by sharing customer insights
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and market findings
Requirements :
Graduate in any discipline
3–5 years of experience in FMCG, customer-facing, field operations, market research, or relationship management roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good observation and analytical abilities
Comfortable with field travel
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
