Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Associate to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, address their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
- Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Meet customer service and relationship management targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc., etc.).
