Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager – Offline Marketing to lead high-impact offline campaigns, drive brand visibility, and ensure strong ROI through effective planning, execution, and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive qualified offline leads through campaigns, activations, and on-ground initiatives
- Plan and execute multi-channel offline campaigns including print, radio, cinema, hoardings, kiosks, and site branding
- Identify new offline lead generation avenues and optimize cost per lead
- Develop campaign calendars and ensure timely execution as per project requirements
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all offline touchpoints
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle: onboarding, negotiation, briefing, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, digital, design) for integrated campaign execution
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, track ROI, and analyze lead quality and conversions
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights for management
- Oversee production and deployment of marketing collaterals (brochures, standees, banners, etc.)
- Ensure visibility and branding standards at project sites, events, and sales offices
- Plan and execute events, exhibitions, and on-ground activations
- Track campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure execution excellence
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and introduce innovative offline strategies

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 5–6 years of experience in offline marketing (real estate preferred)
- Strong exposure to print media, outdoor branding, radio, and activation campaigns
- Proven experience in vendor and agency management with negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in campaign planning, budgeting, and execution
- Strong analytical skills to track ROI, CPL, and campaign performance
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with a strong focus on results and execution excellence
