BN Clinic 19 is committed to providing exceptional patient care through professional medical services and a patient-centric approach. We are looking for a courteous, organized, and proactive Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage patient registration, appointments, and follow-up scheduling.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Assist patients with billing, payments, invoices, and receipt generation.
- Verify patient documents and update information in the clinic management system.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional manner.
- Manage daily reports, registers, and front office documentation.
- Handle patient feedback and escalate concerns to the appropriate authority when required.
- Support administrative tasks as assigned by the management.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or Customer Service Executive in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and appointment management software is an added advantage.
Working Hours
- Full-time
- Rotational shifts (if applicable)
- Weekly off as per clinic policy
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
